Looking at houses online is fine, but there’s no substitute for the inside knowledge of the market that I can provide. I communicate constantly with my clients, keeping them informed about market and neighborhood conditions, feedback on showings, homes that are about to be listed, and what they’re likely to sell for. Conditions are constantly changing, and knowledge is power when it comes to real estate. I will share that knowledge with you.

Expert Negotiation

Whether you’re buying or selling, you obviously want someone on your side, working to get you the best possible deal. Most people don’t enjoy negotiating … so I do it for you! As the middle child of seven, I acquired my negotiation skills at an early age and I’ve honed them through the years. I am able to bring parties together for an outcome that satisfies everyone.

Personal Service

Although I have a broad client base, I prefer to work with only a few clients at a time. That way I can give each one my personal attention. When you choose me as your real estate agent, you’ll have my personal cell number so you can reach me any time, day or evening. And when you call, you’ll never get an assistant – you’ll always speak directly with me.

A Word About Me

I’ve been a Realtor since 1994 and an Ann Arbor resident since 1968. Before becoming a Realtor, I worked in hospital public relations and fund-raising and in arts education as a teacher, choreographer and director of a local dance company.  I’m still involved in the art world as a docent at the University of Michigan  Museum of Art. In my free time, I love to paint and sculpt. My husband Paul and I have two grown children living on the east coast.
